1 Collection, processing and use of personal data
The company Firstanimal CZ s.r.o, with registered office Pod vinicí 2149/21a,14300 Prague 4 Modřany, ID No. 08570582, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 321161 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” or “Controller”) processes, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), the following personal data.
2 Using your own cookies
The aforementioned personal data must be processed for order processing and other contractual performance if a purchase contract is concluded between you and the seller. Such processing of personal data is permitted by Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) Regulation – processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.
The Seller also processes this data for the purpose of recording the contract and for the purpose of any future exercise and defence of the rights and obligations of the parties.
Retention and processing of personal data for the above purpose is for a period of 10 years from the completion of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires retention of contractual documentation for a longer period. Such processing is possible on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. (c) and (f) of the Regulation – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller
3 Server log files
As with any connection to a web server, our web hosting provider’s server records and stores certain technical data. This data includes your device’s IP address and operating system, dates, access time, browser type and browser request, including the origin of the request (referrer). This is necessary for technical reasons in order to make our website available to you. The web hosting provider protects this data by technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access and does not provide it to third parties. When we process personal data, we do so because we are interested in providing you with the best possible user experience and ensuring the security and stability of our systems.
4 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses the so-called. “Cookies”, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and that allow the analysis of the use of the website. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website on behalf of the website operator, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address provided by Google Analytics within Google Analytics will not be merged with other data provided by Google. You can prevent or delete the storage of cookies by adjusting the settings in your browser.
5 Newsletter (news)
If you have registered using your email address, we will store and use your email address to send you our newsletter with information and advertising about us until you unsubscribe from receiving it. We use the “Mailchimp” newsletter service of Rocket Sience Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000 Atlanta, GA 30308, to send you our newsletter. If you enter your email address to receive the newsletter, it will first be stored by MailChimp for the purpose of sending the owner an email where they can confirm their subscription to the newsletter (“Double-Opt” -In “). After such confirmation, the email address will be permanently stored in MailChimp until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or until it is deleted by us. MailChimp stores the date of login and the IP address under which the login was made. There is no further use of their IP address. Please note that the data collected and used by MailChimp is stored and processed on computers in the United States. By agreeing to receive our newsletter, you consent to the processing. In addition, we have entered into a data processing agreement with MailChimp based on the so-called. EU standard contractual clauses. There will be no other transmission of your e-mail address to third parties. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Every email with our newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. 6 Web shop
We point out that in order to facilitate the purchase and subsequent processing of the contract by the online shop operator in connection with cookies, the IP data of the owner of the connection as well as the name, address and payment means of the buyer are stored. In addition, the following data are also stored by us for the purposes of the contract: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and order. The information you provide is necessary for the performance of the contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We cannot enter into a contract with you without this information. There is no transfer of data to third parties (with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of deducting the purchase price), to the transport companies commissioned by us / transport companies commissioned by the delivery of goods and to our tax advisor to meet their tax obligations. After the purchase process is completed, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (10 years).

You have rights to information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, cancellation and opposition.
